Welcome to Mystava Box – Mystery Blind-Box (the \"App\", \"we\", \"us\", or \"our\"). By registering, accessing, or using this App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (\"Terms\"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Account Registration

You must register an account to use certain features of the App.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity under your account is deemed to be your own.
You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with others without our permission.

2. Services Description

The App provides a blind-box style shopping service, allowing users to purchase and receive randomly selected physical products.
All blind-box products are randomized. Users understand and accept that the contents are not predetermined.
Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Actual items received may vary.

3. Orders & Payments

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, the order is considered final.
We currently support credit card payments, including Visa and Mastercard.
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include applicable taxes where required by law.
In case an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issues, logistics problems, or force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund via the original payment method.

4. Refund & Chargeback Policy

Due to the randomized nature of blind-box products, orders that have already been opened or fulfilled are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If a product is damaged or lost during shipping, users may contact customer support within a reasonable time for assistance.
Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or abuse of payment systems may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and interface design, is owned by or licensed to us.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
Use the App for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
Interfere with the App’s security or normal operation;
Infringe upon the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an \"as is\" and \"as available\" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR). Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
