1. Risk Assessment

We perform continuous risk assessment of our platform, transactions, and user behaviors to identify potential exposure to fraud, money laundering, and abuse of payment systems.

2. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

3. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

For accounts exhibiting high-risk behavior (unusual transaction volume, repeated disputes, IP anomalies), we apply Enhanced Due Diligence, including additional review and temporary suspension.

4. Transaction Monitoring

5. Fraud Detection & Chargeback Abuse Prevention

6. Sanctions Screening

We do not knowingly provide services to individuals or entities listed under international sanctions programs. Accounts associated with sanctioned regions or identities are blocked.

7. Suspicious Activity Handling

We investigate any suspicious activity and may suspend or terminate accounts. Where required, we report such activity to payment providers or authorities.

8. Record Keeping

We maintain secure record keeping of transactions, account activity, and compliance-related logs for regulatory and audit purposes.

9. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and payment networks when legally required.
