Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Anti-Fraud Compliance Policy
Mystava Box is committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, terrorist financing, and any illegal use of our platform. We implement a risk-based compliance framework aligned with international AML, CTF, and payment network requirements.
1. Risk Assessment
We perform continuous risk assessment of our platform, transactions, and user behaviors to identify potential exposure to fraud, money laundering, and abuse of payment systems.
2. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- We collect necessary account, device, and transaction information to establish user identity.
- We verify behavioral consistency between account activity and device/network patterns.
- We may restrict accounts that provide inconsistent or suspicious information.
3. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
For accounts exhibiting high-risk behavior (unusual transaction volume, repeated disputes, IP anomalies), we apply Enhanced Due Diligence, including additional review and temporary suspension.
4. Transaction Monitoring
- Continuous transaction monitoring for abnormal patterns and velocity.
- Automated and manual review of high-risk transactions.
- Detection of unusual purchase, refund, or dispute behaviors.
5. Fraud Detection & Chargeback Abuse Prevention
- Integration with payment processor fraud detection systems.
- Device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and behavioral analytics.
- Immediate action against chargeback abuse and friendly fraud.
6. Sanctions Screening
We do not knowingly provide services to individuals or entities listed under international sanctions programs. Accounts associated with sanctioned regions or identities are blocked.
7. Suspicious Activity Handling
We investigate any suspicious activity and may suspend or terminate accounts. Where required, we report such activity to payment providers or authorities.
8. Record Keeping
We maintain secure record keeping of transactions, account activity, and compliance-related logs for regulatory and audit purposes.
9. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and payment networks when legally required.
10. Ongoing Compliance Review
Our AML and Anti-Fraud policies are regularly reviewed and updated to remain aligned with evolving regulations and payment network rules.
